What it involves
Body mesotherapy delivers active ingredients directly into the target area to help reduce localised fat and improve skin firmness. It's always set within a realistic plan, alongside healthy habits, and follows a course of sessions tailored to each case.
Benefits
- Targeted action
- Improves firmness
- Personalised protocol
Who is it for?
Body mesotherapy is suited to people who, while maintaining healthy eating and exercise habits, want to address specific areas where localised fat or loss of firmness doesn't respond well to general effort. It is not a weight-loss method and does not replace a balanced diet: we always position it as a complementary aid within a realistic plan.
At an initial assessment we evaluate your case, your expectations and whether you are a good candidate for this treatment. Being honest about what we can achieve together is a core part of our approach.
What the session is like
During the session we apply micro-injections of active ingredients directly into the target area — typically the abdomen, saddlebags, thighs or buttocks — to help reduce localised fat and improve skin firmness. The session usually takes around 45 minutes and is carried out in clinic, with no general anaesthesia required.
Before we start we clearly define the treatment area and walk you through each step. Any discomfort is mild and manageable, and you can return to your normal activities almost immediately afterwards.
Results and how long they last
Results are progressive: they build up over the course of the treatment protocol, not after a single visit. The number of sessions and the spacing between them are tailored to each case and agreed at the initial assessment, always with clear and realistic expectations.
To maintain and extend the results it is essential to keep up the healthy lifestyle habits — balanced diet and regular physical activity — that are part of the plan from the outset. Without that foundation, the treatment's effect is very limited.
Aftercare
After the session you may notice small bruises, redness or mild swelling in the treated area; these are normal and usually resolve within a few days. We recommend avoiding intense heat — sauna, direct sun — and very strenuous exercise for the first 24–48 hours.
It is important to stay well hydrated and to maintain the diet and exercise habits agreed as part of your plan, as these are an active part of the result. If you have any concerns after your session, we are here to guide you.
