Lip enhancement & hydration

What it involves

Using medical-grade hyaluronic acid we restore hydration, definition and volume to the lips, always respecting your facial proportions. We aim for a natural finish, never overfilled, tailored to your anatomy and what you're looking for. The product is reabsorbable and each session is fully personalised.

Benefits

  • Definition and contour
  • Deep hydration
  • Harmonious, reversible result

Who is it for?

This treatment is suitable for anyone looking for more volume, better contour definition or deeper hydration in the lips. It is also a good option for people who notice thinning lips with age or who simply want to restore a more natural appearance.

Before any session we always carry out a medical assessment. Understanding what you are looking for and analysing your facial anatomy is essential for us to design a result that is harmonious, proportionate and true to your features.

What the session is like

The session begins with a consultation where we assess your lip anatomy, listen to your goals and design a treatment plan together. We then apply a topical anaesthetic to keep the session as comfortable as possible before proceeding with the medical-grade hyaluronic acid injections.

The procedure is brief and well tolerated. Afterwards you can return to your normal routine; we will give you all the guidance you need for aftercare.

Results and how long they last

Results are visible immediately, although some swelling in the first few days may alter the initial appearance. Once this settles, the final result becomes clear and can last for several months, though duration varies from person to person and depends on individual factors.

Hyaluronic acid is gradually and naturally reabsorbed. To maintain the result, most patients repeat the treatment after a while; at your follow-up we will advise you on the right timing.

Aftercare

Some swelling, redness or small bruises in the treated area are normal during the first 24-48 hours. We recommend avoiding intense heat (direct sun, sauna, very hot baths) and strenuous exercise during that period.

Avoid touching or pressing on the treated area and do not apply lip makeup until the swelling has subsided. If you have any concerns after your session, we are here to help.

Frequently asked questions

Does lip filler with hyaluronic acid hurt?
The lips are a sensitive area, but we apply a topical anaesthetic before the session to keep the experience as comfortable as possible. Most patients describe it as a mild, tolerable discomfort. If you are worried about pain, let us know at your initial assessment and we will take that into account.
How long does swelling last after lip filler?
It is common for the lips to be a little more swollen in the first 24-48 hours after treatment. This swelling gradually subsides and, in most cases, disappears within a few days. The final result becomes visible once the area has returned to normal.
Is hyaluronic acid lip filler reversible?
Yes. The hyaluronic acid we use is reabsorbable: the body breaks it down naturally over time. In addition, if needed there is a specific product that can dissolve the filler in a controlled way. This is one of the reasons we consider it a safe and adaptable option for each individual case.
Are there any contraindications for lip filler?
There are situations in which the treatment is not indicated or should be postponed, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infections in the area, autoimmune conditions or certain ongoing medical treatments. This is why a prior medical assessment is essential: we review your history and provide all the information you need to make a safe, informed decision.
