Cellulite

We treat cellulite with body mesotherapy for smoother, natural-looking skin.

Cellulite

What it involves

Cellulite is the uneven texture, often called orange-peel skin, that tends to appear on the buttocks, thighs and abdomen due to changes in fat, fluid retention and the tissue in the area. To address it, Dr. Clara Navarro assesses each case individually and, when indicated, uses body mesotherapy, which acts directly on the affected area. The aim is to improve the appearance and texture of the skin gradually and naturally.

Benefits

  • Smoother skin
  • Improved texture
  • Natural result

Who is it for?

It may be for you if you notice orange-peel skin on your thighs, buttocks or abdomen and would like to improve its appearance and texture. Also if you are looking for a medical, realistic approach without empty promises, alongside healthy habits. In your first consultation we assess your case to confirm whether body mesotherapy is the right option for you.

What the session is like

The session begins with an assessment of the area to plan the treatment. With body mesotherapy we apply superficial microinjections to the area being treated using a precise, comfortable technique. Each session usually takes around 30 minutes and, generally, a plan of several sessions is suggested to support progress.

Results and how long they last

Improvement tends to appear gradually over the course of the sessions, not overnight. The response varies from person to person and with the area and lifestyle, so results are individual. To maintain the effect, good hydration, physical activity and occasional check-ups all help.

Aftercare

After the session it is normal to notice slight redness or small bruises at the injection points, which settle within a few days. We recommend drinking water and avoiding intense heat and strenuous exercise during the first 24 hours. Follow the instructions we give you and contact the clinic with any questions.

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions do I need for cellulite?
It depends on your case, the area and the degree of cellulite. That is why we set the number of sessions after an individual assessment, always with realistic expectations and without promising a specific result.
Does body mesotherapy hurt?
It is a very tolerable technique. The microinjections are superficial and most people feel only a slight prick. We look after your comfort throughout the session.
Can cellulite come back?
Cellulite is influenced by factors such as lifestyle, weight and hormonal changes, so it can become noticeable again over time. Keeping up good hydration, physical activity and occasional check-ups helps preserve the improvement.
