Buttock augmentation with hyaluronic acid

What it involves

Many people want to add more volume, firmness or projection to their buttocks, or to correct small asymmetries and dimples, without undergoing surgery. During your consultation we assess your case and, when appropriate, address this area with body hyaluronic acid, a resorbable material that adds volume gradually. The goal is always a harmonious, natural result, true to your body.

Benefits

  • More volume and projection
  • No surgery or hospital stay
  • Natural-looking result

Who is it for?

This may be for you if you want to gain some volume or projection in the buttocks, improve their shape or correct small asymmetries or dimples, and prefer a non-surgical option. After a personalised assessment, the doctor confirms whether this technique suits your case and your expectations. It is not indicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding or with active infections in the area.

What the session is like

The session begins with a study of the area to plan where and how much volume to add. We apply the body hyaluronic acid with a precise technique, usually with a cannula for greater safety and comfort, and we generally use local or topical anaesthetic. The session takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes and is performed in the clinic, without a hospital stay.

Results and how long they last

The change is visible from the session itself and settles fully over a few weeks, once any initial swelling subsides. Duration varies from person to person and with the amount of product used, typically lasting around 18 to 24 months, as the material is gradually resorbed. Periodic touch-ups may be needed to maintain the result.

Aftercare

It is normal to notice mild swelling, tenderness or a small bruise that resolves within a few days. During the first days it is best to avoid sitting for long periods with direct pressure on the area, intense exercise, intense heat and touching the area. The doctor will give you specific instructions and will be available for any questions.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as a buttock implant or surgery?
No. It is a non-surgical procedure performed in the clinic with hyaluronic acid, a resorbable material. The augmentation is more moderate and gradual than with surgery, and it is reabsorbed over time, so it is not permanent.
When can I get back to my normal routine?
You can return to your routine almost immediately. We only recommend taking care of the area during the first days, avoiding prolonged pressure and intense exercise, and following the doctor's instructions.
Is the treatment painful?
It is usually very tolerable. We use local or topical anaesthetic and, in most cases, a cannula to minimise discomfort. It is common to feel only pressure during the application and some tenderness in the following days.
