What it involves
Facial harmonisation is a set of techniques aimed at balancing the proportions of the face and enhancing your features, rather than changing them. Starting from a study of your anatomy, different points of the face are worked in a balanced way to improve the relationship between the features. The goal is not to transform you, but for your face to look more proportionate, rested and true to yourself. Everything is always planned from an honest, personalised medical assessment.
Benefits
- More balanced facial features
- Natural, proportionate result
- Plan tailored to your anatomy
Who is it for?
Facial harmonisation is intended for those who feel a feature looks out of place or that the face has lost balance, and who prefer to improve the proportions of the whole rather than focus on a single detail. It is a good option if you are looking for a subtle change that respects your identity and your expression.
During the prior assessment we study your proportions, the quality of your skin and what you would like to improve. That consultation lets us confirm whether this approach is right for you and design a realistic, honest proposal, which can be carried out gradually.
What the session is like
The session begins with a detailed study of the face, in which we analyse the proportions and plan which points to work, mapping them to your anatomy. From there we carry out a balanced combination of techniques, adjusted to your case, with precise micro-injections; we use comfort measures, such as topical anaesthesia or cold, when appropriate.
Sometimes the plan is spread across several sessions in order to work the different areas methodically and assess progress step by step. Before you leave we explain the aftercare to follow and plan the follow-up.
Results and how long they last
Part of the change can be seen shortly after the session, although the result settles gradually as the initial swelling goes down over the following days. We always aim for a subtle, proportionate effect that improves the balance of the face without it being obvious that you have had a treatment.
How long it lasts varies from person to person and according to the techniques used, so we recommend a follow-up with periodic touch-ups. At the reviews we assess the progress together and adjust the schedule according to your response.
Aftercare
For the first few hours avoid touching or rubbing the treated areas, do not lie face down and skip intense exercise that day. It is also advisable to avoid high heat, such as a sauna or direct sun, for the first 24-48 hours. Mild swelling or a small bruise may appear, and these resolve within a few days.
We will give you specific guidance based on the techniques used in your plan. If any questions come up after your treatment, get in touch; we always follow up to make sure you are happy with the result.
